Thanks to the high quality and freshness of the raw materials chosen (only stone-ground flours, extra virgin olive oil and sourdough), together with the passion for good and light bread as it once was, we are an Italian Excellence.

Our bakery products, from fresh bread to cereals to our dry pastry, every day express the genuineness and craftsmanship of our bakery, able to guarantee our customers always high standards of quality.

For almost 30 years Lievitomadre has carried on in Turin the tradition of good bread with stone-ground flour, made by hand as it once was, with simple ingredients: only flour, water, extra virgin olive oil and sourdough.

Kamut flour, oats, spelt, soy, corn, bran, rye, whole wheat and buckwheat flour: after three years of study our special fresh cereal bread was born, specialties that you will find only in Italian Bakery School products.

All our breads are with stone-ground flour and sourdough, light and tasty, soft inside and crunchy outside, able to stay fresh even for four days.

Pizza

Italian Bakery School dedicates research, attention and innovation to rotisserie products, pretzels, puff pastry and pizzas.

Even our pizzas, in fact, are made with a slow natural leavening and fresh ingredients, Italian, traceable and delivered daily: fiordilatte, natural ham, Italian peeled tomato, etc..

We create extraordinary round pizzas to take away and tasty and digestible pan pizzas.

Among the novelties for the international market the product of the year 2022: the Pasta Sfoglia di Riso Venere and the Pizza Riso Venere, born for the needs of the markets of the United Arab Emirates and the countries of Northern Europe.

Pastry

Our dry pastry is always made with the best raw materials and with cereal flours, such as spelt flour, soy flour, wholemeal flours, etc..

Thanks to the production of dairy-free pastry (like our lactose-free custard) and gluten-free, we also make the wishes of all gluten-free or lactose-intolerant gluttons come true!

We also produce Piedmontese Classic pastries, such as "baci di dama", filled shortcrust cakes, tarts with jam and creams, strudel, hazelnut cakes, raisin and turmeric donuts and many other cakes, from the most classic birthday cakes to typical regional cakes.

Italian Bakery School supports its business customers with courses, tutorials and practical lessons in the laboratory, to bring Italian pastry excellence in the world.
