Thanks to the high quality and freshness of the raw materials chosen (only stone-ground flours, extra virgin olive oil and sourdough), together with the passion for good and light bread as it once was, we are an Italian Excellence.

Our bakery products, from fresh bread to cereals to our dry pastry, every day express the genuineness and craftsmanship of our bakery, able to guarantee our customers always high standards of quality.

For almost 30 years Lievitomadre has carried on in Turin the tradition of good bread with stone-ground flour, made by hand as it once was, with simple ingredients: only flour, water, extra virgin olive oil and sourdough.

Kamut flour, oats, spelt, soy, corn, bran, rye, whole wheat and buckwheat flour: after three years of study our special fresh cereal bread was born, specialties that you will find only in Italian Bakery School products.

All our breads are with stone-ground flour and sourdough, light and tasty, soft inside and crunchy outside, able to stay fresh even for four days.
